In the Leningrad Region, at the Emperium shipyard (part of the Sitronics Group), construction of the first vessel of the Moskva 2.0 model has begun on order from Vodohod. Passenger Port. After a major modernization of the project, the vessel became an electric version of the Moskva R-51 motor vessel, which was popular during the Soviet era.
The ship’s hull is currently being formed at the shipyard. The dimensions of the vessel are 33.3 meters in length and 8 meters in width, which is slightly smaller than the historical version, but two meters wider. This makes the main deck more spacious and allows for a bar and a restaurant to be placed there. There will also be a business lounge and additional sloping glazing of the salon, which will give the vessel a modern look. The design of the upper deck with a canopy remained unchanged. The total number of passengers is 130 people, and the cruising speed is 20 kilometers per hour.
