Basic properties of concrete mixture

The introduction of the additive of GKZh-Yu on isopropyl alcohol practically does not increase the frost resistance of concrete compared to concrete without additives; Sodium siliconates solutions on ethyl alcohol are more effective.

To study the influence of the nature of the radical in connection with SI -R on the basic properties of the concrete mixture and concrete, sodium silicoids used, which included various radicals: methyl – SN3, ethyl – C2N5, allil – C3N The first two radicals belong to the group of saturated, maximum hydrocarbons , the third – to the group of unsaturated, unsaturated hydrocarbons of a number of ethylene. The experiments have shown that the supplements of sodium siliconates with ethyl and methyl radicals have almost equal plasticizing properties.

Sodium siliconate additive with allil radical as part of the molecule leads to a decrease in plasticizing and acceleration of thickening concrete mixture. This can be explained by the fact that siliconic polymers containing molecules of radicals of unsaturated hydrocarbons of an ethylene number have a significant ability to polymerization, which in turn leads to a rapid thickening concrete mixture. Having gained the maximum strength compared to other concrete, concrete with the addition of allilicon-telikon-tex sodium during the paring undergoes the smallest structural changes. This, apparently, explains the slightly increased strength of concrete with the addition of alliliconate immediately after parking compared to concrete on other additives.
