Insulating mastic constructions

Insulating mastic structures can be applied on the surface of any configuration. Materials that do not contain binders, obtained from dismantling (disassembly) of mastic structures, after their long -term operation, retain the ability to be soaked in water. They can be used again after appropriate processing, cleaning from extraneous impurities and crushing.

Mastic insulating constructions have significant disadvantages. They are performed more slowly than designs from molded products; When performing the work, the mandatory heating of the insulated surfaces and the large front of work is required due to the long drying of each separately applied layer and, in general, the entire structure; work cannot be performed without heats at a temperature below minus 5 °. To perform mastic isolation, highly qualified workers are required. Therefore, thermal insulation structures made of mastic materials have limited use.

Insulating mastics prepared on mechanized mortar nodes are delivered to the object of carembes. In objects, mastic is unloaded into special boxes, from which solutions or lifts in special battens are served to the workplace.

The implementation of filling thermal insulation structures from powdered and fibrous materials

Mineral wool (fibrous and granular), glass cotton, powder materials: diatomic crumbs, vermiculite, diatomite, and others are used to perform filling structures.
